Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JaGedo and its respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with:
- Any breach of your representations, warranties, or obligations under this Agreement;
- Any violation of applicable data protection laws;
- Any unauthorized use, access, or disclosure of Personal Data caused by your negligence or willful misconduct.
Provided that you shall not be liable for any claims to the extent that such claims are caused by JaGedo’s negligence or willful misconduct.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, disagreement, or claim arising out of this Agreement the parties shall attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion and negotiation within 30 days of the dispute arising.
If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the dispute shall be determined by a Court of competent jurisdiction.
